Posted by As part of the negotiations, the Front Commun has negotiated a settlement for most of the pay equity complaints. The settlement of each complaint is specific to each job title. Overall, approximately 85% of category 3 (clerical) employees have obtained a settlement.
Since settlements take a long time to explain, the union has decided to hold an information meeting on Pay Equity.
Settlements have been reached for the following job titles:
– Administrative Agents Class 1, 2, 3, 4
– Medical secretary
– Buyer
This meeting will be held on January 24 on ZOOM between 12:00 and 14:00.
