The Union believes that when you are told by Security Officers, the “triage”, your manager or 44FLU to stay home for up to 14 days in isolation, the MUHC should pay your salary.
We will be filing grievances for each person who is returned home as a preventive measure. Contact your delegates to file your grievance.
Regardless of who made the decision to tell you to go home (security, triage…) ask your “gestionnaire” to send you an email to confirm whether you need to be isolated at home and for how long. We need this to document your grievance.
Copy the union on your email so that the union can document the facts.
Remember your grievance must be filed within 30 days of the date of your complusory isolation.
